Charts PMS is a software product published and operated by Soft Digital Solution LTD, a private limited company incorporated in Israel under registration number 515244267, incorporated on 20 April 2015 under the Companies Law 5759-1999. Contact: admin@chartspms.com. Hosting: dedicated VPS server (Europe).

Terms of use

Use of the Charts PMS service implies full acceptance of these terms. The service is published and operated by Soft Digital Solution LTD, the sole legal entity responsible for the product. The service is provided as-is during the launch phase, without contractual availability guarantees. Data remains the property of the client and can be exported at any time on request.

Data protection policy (GDPR)

Data entered in Charts PMS (guests, reservations, payments) is processed by Soft Digital Solution LTD as a sub-processor under Article 28 of the GDPR. The data controller remains the hotel establishment. Data is hosted on a dedicated server in Europe.

Your rights:

• Access, rectification, erasure of your data.
• Portability (CSV/JSON export on request).
• Objection to marketing processing.

The marketing website does not use third-party tracking cookies. The Charts PMS application uses only strictly necessary cookies for authentication and user session management.
